Hatboro Police Department investigating Burglary that occurred on
Monday, November 26, 2018 at home in 200 block of Byberry Avenue.

Hatboro, PA: Hatboro Police Chief James E. Gardner announces the
investigation into a residential burglary that occurred at a home in the 200
block of Byberry Avenue, Hatboro on Monday, November 26, 2018. No one
was home at the time of the break in. At approximately 10:51 A.M. Hatboro
Police responded to a report of a burglary after a resident arrived home to find their home was broken into. It appeared the perpetrator forced entry to a rear door and stole personal items, including a credit card and jewelry, from the home before fleeing. Police believe the burglary occurred around 9:00 A.M.

Police believe the suspect may have been casing the home just prior to the
burglary and may have parked his vehicle in an adjacent business complex.
Hatboro Police recovered security camera footage of a vehicle, believed to
be a blue Ford F-150 pick-up truck with fading paint, and male lurking in the driveway and rear yard of the residence around the time of the burglary. In the rear yard the subject appears to be wearing a “Scream” mask.
