DESCRIPTION:The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Hatboro will hold a public hearing on Wednesday\, February 8\, 2023 at 7:00 PM. This meeting will be held in the gym of the Pennypack Facility\, 130 Spring Avenue\, Hatboro\, PA 19040. The purpose of this meeting is to hear the following application: Richard Souslin\, 26 Horsham Road\, Hatboro\, PA 19040 in request of a variance from Code of Ordinance Section 27-512.1 to allow an existing garage located within the one-hundred-year floodplain to be raised above base flood elevation and Section 27-512.2 to allow the placement of fill within the one-hundred-year floodplain. The public is invited to attend. Plans are available at Borough Hall\, Monday through Friday during business hours.
