DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE: Due to emergency Air Conditioning Issues still occurring at the Loller Building\, this meeting has been moved to the gym of the Pennypack Facility\, 130 Spring Avenue\, Hatboro\, PA 19040. \nThe Zoning Hearing Board will be meeting on Wednesday\, June 14\, 2023 beginning at 7 PM at the Pennypack Facility\, Hatboro\, PA 19040. The Board will continue its review of the following application: Richard Souslin\, 26 Horsham Road\, Hatboro\, PA 19040 in request of a variance from Code of Ordinance Section 27-512.1 to allow an existing garage located within the one-hundred-year floodplain to be raised above base flood elevation and Section 27-512.2 to allow the placement of fill within the one-hundred-year floodplain. The public is invited to attend. Plans are available at Pennypack (130 Spring Avenue)\, Monday through Friday during business hours. \nThe Board received a continuance request for the matter of 14 E. Moreland. As a result\, the hearing for that matter will resume on July 12\, 2023 at 7:00 PM. \nPlease note\, Borough Hall is closed for Flag Day; however\, this meeting will still be taking place as scheduled.
