The ZHB will be hearing the following matters: \n\nThe board will be issuing a decision on the application submitted by 26 Horsham Road in request of a variance from the floodplain ordinance.\nBrian Mann\, AIA\, Omnia Group Architects (representing Yarrington Mills Corporation)\, 412 S. Warminster Road\, Hatboro\, PA 19040 in request of a variance from Section 27-504 A(1) of the Borough of Hatboro Code of Ordinances to permit the construction of a 1\,270 square feet addition to the existing building located within the Floodway.\nRobert Amend\, Gold Boro Main LLC\, 19 Byberry Road\, Hatboro\, PA 19040 in request of a variance from Section 27-1202.1.M titled “Use Regulations” to permit the installation of a studio apartment on the 1st floor of a property within the RC-2 Retail Commercial District.\n\nThe public is invited to attend. Plans are available at Borough Hall\, Monday through Friday during business hours.
