DESCRIPTION:The Hatboro Rotary will be holding their annual Lobster Pot event on Saturday\, September 11\, 2021 from 4 PM to 10 PM in Memorial Park (behind Hatboro Memorial Pool). \nAttendees have the choice of a lobster or steak dinner for $40.00 and children are welcome for a free hot dog dinner. \nTickets are available for purchase at Hatboro Federal and through your local Rotarians. All proceeds to this event will benefit local community charities. \nOn this day\, there will be increased traffic and street parking due to the number of attendees for this event (400 are expected). We are encouraging attendees to park in the Memorial Park parking lot and the Memorial Pool parking lot; however\, if you see any cars parked illegally or blocking driveways\, please call the non-emergency line for the Hatboro Police Department (215-675-2832). \nThis event is a great way to interact with people from the Hatboro Community while having a great time and we hope to see you there! \nAbout the Rotary:\nRotary members join together around a shared responsibility to take action on the most pertinent issues going on in our world. “We provide service to others\, promote integrity\, and advance world understanding\, goodwill\, and peace through our fellowship of business\, professional\, and community leaders” (rotary.org). Moreland Avenue\, Hatboro)\n\nAll attendees must provide valid Driver’s License or ID indicating you are a Borough Resident upon arrival.\n\nShredding services will be limited to 3 boxes per household and all paperclips\, metal and binders must be removed in order for documents to be shredded.\n\nA complete list of electronic items being accepted includes: Cables\, CD Players\, Cell Phones\, Circuit Boards\, Computers/Laptops\, Computer Mice\, Game Systems\, IT Equipment\, Keyboards\, Monitors\, MP3 Players\, Phone Systems\, Printers\, Routers\, Satellite Boxes\, Servers\, Speakers\, TVs\, UPS Units\, and VCR/DVD Players.\n\nNo batteries\, DVDs/Playable Discs\, Fluorescent Lightbulbs\, Ink/Toner Cartridges\, Switches\, and Telecom Equipment will be accepted.\n\nIf you are also looking to retire a worn\, torn\, or faded American Flag\, we will accept them in the flag recycling box during this event as well.
