Criminal Trespass: On March 2, 2023 at approximately 9:23 A.M. Hatboro Police officers arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass one Thomas Conard, 42, formerly of Hatboro, after he was found inside a house in the 100 block of W. Lehman Avenue, from which he was recently evicted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

Pursuant to procedures set forth under Montgomery County’s Pretrial Services Program, Salters was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Jay S. Friedenberg of Willow Grove. Bail was set at $2,500 unsecured. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for March 17, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. before Magisterial District Judge Paul N. Leo in Hatboro.

Attempted Burglary: On March 2, 2023, at approximately 4:34 A.M., two individuals wearing backpacks attempted to break into a closed business in the first block of S. York Road, Hatboro. The attempt was not successful, but surveillance cameras in the vicinity showed two individuals wearing backpacks attempting to gain entrance via a rear door.
