Warrant Service, Possession of a Controlled Substance
On Monday, June 10th, 2019, at 9:17am, Nathan A. Minnick, 39 years old, from Warminster, was arrested on a Bucks County bench warrant for failure to appear in court when an officer located him in the parking lot of McDonald’s on N. York Road. Suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia were also found on his person during the arrest and he attempted to use a fake name to identify himself. As a result he will be summonsed to court for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and False Identification to Law Enforcement. He was released to the custody of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
Disorderly Conduct, Borough Ordinance
On Saturday, June 8th, 2019, at 9:15am, a motorist reported being struck by a plastic projectile while driving on E. Moreland Avenue near York Road. As a result of the investigation, a 13 year old Hatboro boy was cited for Disorderly Conduct and a Borough Ordinance for discharging an air rifle.
Public Drunkenness, Disorderly Conduct
On Monday, June 3rd, 2019, at 5:40pm, officers investigated a report of a subject laying on the sidewalk in the 200 block of Jacksonville Road. As a result of the investigation, John T. Person, 67 years old, from Hatboro, was cited for Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct.
Strangulation, Simple Assault
On Saturday, June 1st, 2019, at 9:52pm, officers investigated a disturbance at a home on Byberry Avenue near York Road. As a result of the investigation, Albert E. Wilbur, 69 years old, from Hatboro, was arrested and charged with Strangulation, Simple Assault, and Harassment. He was arraigned before District Justice Katherine McGill and bail was set at $50,000/10%. He was incarcerated at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility for failure to post bail. The victim, who is known to Mr. Wilbur, received medical treatment at the hospital.
Warrant Service, Possession of a Controlled Substance
On Tuesday, May 28th, 2019, at 10:23pm, officers investigated a report of a suspicious subject sitting on a curb at McDonald’s on N. York Road. The subject, Shana R. Rimmer, 28 years old, from Philadelphia, was found to have an active Montgomery County bench warrant for failure to appear in court. Suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia were also found in her possession during the investigation. She was taken into custody and was processed and released to the custody of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department. She was also summonsed to court for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
