Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, etc.
On Saturday, September 22nd, 2018, at 8:10pm, Brian K. Burdette, 36 years old, from Hatboro, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and related traffic offenses when he nearly struck a police car while making an illegal right turn on red and driving a truck with no registration plate.  He was processed and released from custody pending a summons to court for Driving Under the Influence, Driving Without a License, Display of Registration Plate, and Traffic Control Signals (steady red).

Underage Consumption or Possession of Alcohol
On Saturday, September 15th, 2018, at 6:54pm, an officer on patrol investigated some suspicious subjects in the parking lot of the Wawa on N. York Road.  His investigation determined the subjects were under the influence and in possession of alcohol as minors.  As a result, three 16 year old boys were charged with Underage Consumption or Possession of Alcohol and were released to their parents.  They were from the towns of Warrington, Ambler, and Huntingdon Valley.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Ignition Interlock Violation, etc.
On Saturday, September 15th, 2018, at approximately 1:49am, Christopher R. Larue, 32 years old, from Hatboro, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and related offenses when an officer observed him driving carelessly in the area of York Road and County Line Road.  It was also discovered he was operating a vehicle without ignition interlock on an ignition interlock license.  He was processed and released from custody pending a summons for Driving Under the Influence, Driving Without a Valid License, Illegal Operation of a Vehicle without Ignition Interlock, Illegal Operation Without Ignition Interlock while Intoxicated, and Driving an Unregistered Vehicle.

Criminal Mischief
Sometime during the early AM hours on September 14th, 2018, unknown actor(s) smashed the rear windows of a Dodge Charger and a GMC Sierra that were parked in the 200 block of Byberry Avenue.  The total financial loss from the incident is estimated at approximately $750.

Warrant Service
On Wednesday, September 12th, 2018, at 12:58pm, officers investigated a suspicious person in the 300 block of S. Warminster Road.  The subject, Cory Bell, 22 years old, from Wilmington, Delaware, was wanted by the Chester County Sheriff’s Department for a bench warrant for failure to appear on fraud charges.  He was taken into custody and subsequently released to the Chester County Sheriff’s Department.
