Simple Assault
On Wednesday, July 17th, 2019, at 2:57pm, Dominic J. Hott, 21 years old, from Hatboro, was arrested and charged with Simple Assault and Harassment when officers investigated a disturbance in the 400 block of Jacksonville Road. He was arraigned on the charges and was released from custody on $10,000/unsecure bail.
Possession of a Controlled Substance
On Wednesday, July 17th, 2019, at 10:02am, Christopher S. Doh, 25 years old, from Warminster, was arrested when he was found in possession of Heroin during a traffic stop in the 100 block of N. York Road. He was processed and released from custody pending a summons to court for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Rape, etc.
On Monday, July 15th, 2019, at 12:11pm, Joshua Brown, 19 years old, from Hatboro, was arrested on a Hatboro Police arrest warrant for a list of charges including Rape, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Sexual Assault, Strangulation, Unlawful Restraint of a Minor, False Imprisonment of a Minor, Indecent Assault, Unlawful Restraint, False Imprisonment, and Simple Assault. The arrested stemmed from a lengthy investigation into an incident that was reported on December 28th, 2018, when a 16 years old acquaintance of Mr. Brown reported being assaulted at a home on Woodland Avenue. He was arraigned on the charges and was incarcerated at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on $1,000,000 (cash) bail.
Criminal Mischief
On Monday, July 15th, 2019, at 9:27pm, the owner of a 2000 Honda Accord that was parked in a parking lot in the 50 block of S. Penn Street reported someone smashed the left rear window on his car. Stolen from inside the car was a parking placard.
Disorderly Conduct
On Monday, July 15th, 2019, at 8:27pm, Joseph F. McKeever, 80 years old, from Hatboro, was cited for Disorderly Conduct when an officer on patrol observed him urinate on the sidewalk in the area of Montgomery Avenue and York Road.
Criminal Mischief
On Sunday, July 14th, 2019, a resident reported that sometime overnight someone smashed eggs on his 2009 Toyota while it was parked on Central Avenue. As a result of this incident the paint on the Toyota sustained damage.
