Warrant Service
On Saturday, April 27th, 2019, at 11:30am, Stephanie C. Cook, 35 years old, from Hatboro, and Raymond L. Minton Jr., 34 years old, from Philadelphia, were arrested on Montgomery County bench warrants when they were located by officers on Summit Avenue.  They were released to the custody of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

Warrant Service
On Sunday, April 21st, 2019, at 11:00am, Melissa E. Mavracic, 33 years old, from Hatboro, was arrested on a Montgomery County bench warrant when she was located by officers on N. Penn Street.  She was released to the custody of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

Underage Possession of Alcohol
On Saturday, April 20th, 2019, at 12:55pm, Tyler J. Murdock, 18 years old, from Warminster, was cited for Underage Purchase, Consumption or Possession of Alcohol when he was observed in a vehicle in the drive-thru of the McDonald’s Restaurant on N. York Road.

Harassment/Disorderly Conduct
On Saturday, April 13th, 2019, at 3:23pm, Anthony J. Cataldi, 65 years old, from Horsham, was cited for Harassment and Disorderly Conduct when he caused a disturbance and spit water at a store employee at the Wawa on N. York Road.

Warrant Service
On Wednesday, April 10th, 2019, Tara Laycock, 41 years old, from Pemberton, New Jersey, was arrested on a Bucks County bench warrant and a Hellertown Police warrant when the car she was a passenger in was stopped by an officer on N. York Road.  She was released to the custody of Pennsylvania State Constables.

Driving Under the Influence
As the result of an accident investigation on March 29th, 2019, at 12:25am, when a vehicle crashed through the front of a hair salon at 50 S. York Road, Tomas Quiros-Mariano, 19 years old, from Abington, was summonsed to court for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Underage Drinking, Minor Prohibited from Operating with Alcohol, and Careless Driving.
