Driving Under the Influence
On Thursday, January 10th, 2019, at 11:12pm, Michael P. Cinque, 57 years old, from Hatboro, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol when he was stopped in the area of Summit and Lancaster Avenues by a patrol officer for speeding and failure to stop at a stop sign.  He was charged via summons for Driving Under the Influence, Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed, and Duties at Stop Sign.

Criminal Mischief
On Monday, January 7th, 2019, at 9:54am, a resident on Yorkshire Way reported someone smashed a second story window on their home overnight.  Investigation revealed someone threw a beer bottle at the window causing it to break.

Underage Drinking
On Saturday, January 5th, 2019, at 2:23am, Richard J. Wallace, 20 years old, from Hatboro, was cited for Underage Drinking when he was found to be under the influence in the area of Warminster Road and Byberry Road during a traffic stop.

Stalking, Possession of Drugs, etc.
On Thursday, January 3rd, 2019, at 8:52am, officers investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle following a woman from Bensalem to N. York Road in Hatboro.  Investigation revealed the subject, Louis A. Fretts, 29 years old, from Philadelphia, was confused and under the influence and advised officers that he believed the car he was following was a girlfriend. The woman did not know Mr. Fretts and he was taken into custody and charged with Stalking, Driving Under the Influence, Harassment, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Operation with a Suspended Registration, and Operation without Insurance. He was arraigned before District Justice Paul Leo and he was incarcerated at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on $10,000/cash bail.

Harassment
On Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019, Timothy M. Lennen, 23 years old, from Glenside, was cited for Harassment as the result of an investigation that began on December 29th, 2018, in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Resisting Arrest, Warrant Service
On Friday, December 28th, 2018, at 5:42pm, officers investigated a report of a wanted person in the 30 block of S. York Road.  The subject, Richard J. Angstadt, 46 years old, from Warminster, was wanted on a Bucks County bench warrant.  Mr. Angstadt had previously fled from officers and escaped during a similar incident on December 23rd and charges for Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct were pending from that incident as well.  When officers located Mr. Angstadt on December 28th, he again fled on foot but was apprehended during a foot pursuit.  He was released to the custody of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department and charges were filed by the Hatboro Police Department for Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct for December 23rd and December 28th.
