Public Drunkenness:
On Saturday, January 25, 2020 at approximately 3:15 PM officers responded to a report of a male subject laying on the ground in the first block of E. Moreland Avenue.  As a result, officers arrested on Joseph Dragani, 38, of the 400 block of Norwood Avenue, Warminster, PA for Public Drunkenness.  Dragani was issued a citation and released to a relative

Traffic Accident / DUI Arrest:
On Saturday, January 18, 2020 at approximately 12:46 A.M. police responded to a vehicle accident in the 400 block of Jefferson Avenue.  Upon arrival officers found where a 2005 Subaru Outback traveling southbound on Jefferson Avenue had struck a parked car and a utility pole and rolled over.  The driver of the Subaru was identified as Khasandra Franklin, 23, 1300 block of E Johnson Street, Philadelphia.  Franklin displayed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DUI after her performance of field sobriety testing.  Franklin has been charged with Driving Under the Influence, Reckless Driving, Failing to Drive at a Safe Speed and Operating Without Required Financial Responsibly via summons. No one was injured in the crash.
