Indecent Exposure:

Hatboro Police are investigating a report of an indecent exposure that occurred on the evening of Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at approximately 7:45 P.M. in the 400 block of N. York Road, Hatboro.  A 27-year-old Hatboro woman reported to Hatboro Police that while she was walking her dog last night near the rear of the Woodwinds Condominiums, she noticed an individual who appeared to be following her on foot.  The woman reported that the subject said “hi” to her and when she looked at him, she noticed his pants were down exposing his genitals.  The woman walked away and reported the subject continued following her north through Celano Park.  The subject ultimately stopped following her and was last observed walking south through the park.

The victim described the subject as a black teenaged male, approximately 6”0”, with a thin build, last seen wearing black sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.  Anyone with information on this incident, or who may have outside security camera footage in the vicinity, is asked to contact the Hatboro Police Detective Division at 215-675-2832.
