The Borough Manager of the Borough of Hatboro is appointed by Borough Council and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Borough. The Borough Manager implements all policies, ordinances, resolutions, etc. at the directive of Borough Council.

The Borough Manager and Borough Staff are on hand to assist residents, manage and resolve complaints, and assure efficient operation of Hatboro.
