Real Estate Tax Office

The Real Estate Tax Office receives real estate taxes for Hatboro Borough, Montgomery County and the Hatboro-Horsham School District.

The Real Estate Tax Office likewise receives Hatboro Borough refuse fees and Montgomery County waste generation fees.

Tax bills for the Borough and County are mailed in February of each year.  Tax bills for the School District are mailed in July of each year.

Please note, Tax Collector Mount’s offices are located at the Pennypack Facility, 130 Spring Avenue, Hatboro, PA 19040. All tax payers should visit this address to make payments, speak with the tax collector, etc.

Credit Card Payments/E-Checks Now Accepted for Tax Payments

Pay your current Real Estate Tax and School Taxes from the comfort of your home or office by using the online payment service. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa. A per transaction service fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum will be charged by the payment processing company for this service or you can pay by e-check simply by clicking “Pay with E-Check” when you check out.  Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank. You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal checks (see example below). A per transaction service fee of $1.50 will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
