Beginning January 1, 2023, Borough Hall Staff is handling the collection of Business Privilege Tax and the issuance of business licenses for the Borough of Hatboro.

Per Section 24-502 of the Borough of Hatboro Code of Ordinances, any person or entity engaging in business within the Borough of Hatboro must pay an annual Business Privilege Tax.

Please Note: Beginning in 2024, the Borough of Hatboro will be invoicing businesses for annual sign fees and mechanical device fees as a part of their yearly Fire Marshal inspection invoices. As a result, these fees are not listed on the annual BPT form.
