ZONING NOTICE:

The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Hatboro will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 8, 2024 at 7:00 PM. This meeting will be held at the Borough of Hatboro Municipal Building, 414 S. York Road, Hatboro, PA 19040. The purpose of this meeting is to hear the following application:

Auto Driveway Franchise Systems, LLC, 330 S. Warminster Road, Suite 360, Hatboro, PA 19040 in request of an appeal from an action taken by the Zoning Officer; or variances from applicable codes in the alternative as follows. The Borough of Hatboro Zoning Officer issued a notice of violation to the applicant that determined the property is in violation of Code of Ordinance Section 27-1402 through the operation of a vehicle rental/leasing business in the LI-Limited Industrial District.

The applicant is appealing this notice of violation, requesting a determination from the Zoning Hearing Board that this use is consistent with the LI-Limited Industrial Use Regulations; OR, in the alternative, the applicant is seeking the following variances to permit the operation of their business:

1. A variance from Section 27-1402 of the Borough of Hatboro Code of Ordinances to permit the operation of a vehicle rental/leasing business within the LI-Limited Industrial District.

The public is invited to attend. Plans are available at Borough Hall, Monday through Friday during business hours.
