The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Hatboro will be meeting on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 7:00 PM. This meeting will be taking place at Borough Hall, 414 S. York Road. The ZHB will be hearing the following matters:

1. The board will be issuing a decision on the application submitted by 26 Horsham Road in request of a variance from the floodplain ordinance.
2. Brian Mann, AIA, Omnia Group Architects (representing Yarrington Mills Corporation), 412 S. Warminster Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 in request of a variance from Section 27-504 A(1) of the Borough of Hatboro Code of Ordinances to permit the construction of a 1,270 square feet addition to the existing building located within the Floodway.
3. Robert Amend, Gold Boro Main LLC, 19 Byberry Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 in request of a variance from Section 27-1202.1.M titled “Use Regulations” to permit the installation of a studio apartment on the 1^st floor of a property within the RC-2 Retail Commercial District.
