The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Hatboro will be meeting on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 7:00 PM at Crooked Billet Elementary School (101 Meadowbrook Avenue, Hatboro, PA 19040) to hear the following applications:

Kenneth Ford, 101 Academy Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 in request of a variance from Section 27-703.1.B(5) titled “Side Yards” to permit the construction of a 12” second floor overhang with a 7.5 foot side yard setback instead of the required 8 foot side yard setback in an R-2 Residential District.

Truist Bank, 420 S. York Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 in request of a variance from Zoning Hearing Board Decision 09-01 dated March 25, 2009, establishing sign requirements for 420 S. York Road, Hatboro, to permit the erection of a sign consisting of all capital letters identical in size at 420 S. York Road.
