The Zoning Hearing Board will be meeting on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 7:00 PM. This meeting will be taking place in Borough Hall, 414 S. York Road.

The board will be hearing the following applications:

Best Dentist 4 Kids, P.C, 461 N. Warminster Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 in request of a variance from Section 27-411.1 to permit the construction of a structure within a minimum required yard and a variance from Section 27-703.1.B.4 requiring a rear yard of not less than 25 feet for properties in the R-2 residential district to allow a rear yard of less than 25 feet.

EC&TR Acquisition, LLC d/b/a Express 4×4 Truck Rental, 330 S. Warminster Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 in request of a variance from Borough of Hatboro Code of Ordinances Section 27-1402 titled Use Regulations to permit an Automotive Allied Sales and Service use in the LI-Limited Industrial District.
