The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Hatboro will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hatboro Borough Municipal Building, located at 414 South York Road, Hatboro, PA, to hear the following application:

Michael P. Cinque, 335 Lancaster Avenue, Hatboro, PA 19040 requesting a dimensional variance for the property located at 335 Lancaster Ave., Hatboro, PA 19040.

The applicant is requesting a variance per section 27-703.B.1, Building Coverage, to increase the allowable building coverage from 25% to 32% in order to add an additional bedroom and a new family room onto the existing home.
