Hatboro Becomes 78th Pennsylvania Bird Town

This just in! The Borough of Hatboro has become the 78th Bird Town in Pennsylvania! Bird Town Pennsylvania works in partnership with local municipalities and like-minded organizations to promote community-based conservation actions to create a healthier, more sustainable environment for birds, wildlife, and people.

In accordance with this partnership, the Borough of Hatboro established a Bird Town Committee which is tasked with working on bird-friendly initiatives in Hatboro. This committee consists of:

The Bird Town Committee will be having a table at Hatboro’s upcoming Community Day event on May 17, 2025 from 12 PM to 4 PM to help educate Hatboro on their mission and initiatives.
