PECO just notified the Borough of Hatboro that they will be closing East Moreland Avenue between Jacksonville Road and New Street in order to perform a utility pole replacement. Work is expected to take place between now and 1:00 PM. PECO will work with residents and mail services throughout the closure when possible. Motorists should avoid the area while work is taking place to prevent delays.
