On Monday, March 25, 2024, the Borough said a heartfelt goodbye to former Council Vice President, Dave Stockton, and welcomed new beginnings with the appointment of new Councilman, Todd A’Harrah, and Council Vice President, Nicole Reichner.
Council Vice President, Dave Stockton was first elected to Borough Council in 2018. Over his 6 years of service, Dave served on Council’s Finance/Grants, Administration, and Community Outreach/Events Committees where he was instrumental in the municipal budgeting process, modernizing and developing the Borough’s current website, developing capital projects, and more. His strong leadership and problem solving skills were an incredible asset to Borough Council and will be greatly missed. Although Dave is moving out of Hatboro, his accomplishments made a lasting impact on the Borough that made our community an overall better place to live, work, and visit. Borough Council, Borough Staff, and the residents of Hatboro wish Dave the best of luck in your new journey and we cannot wait to see what the future holds for you!
Following the resignation of Vice President Stockton, Borough Council appointed its newest member, Todd A’Harrah! Councilman A’Harrah moved to Hatboro in 1989 where he raised 4 children with his wife, Kelly. Over the years Todd has served as an elder for his church, an occasional photographer for Enterprise Fire Company, and most recently as President of the Union Library Company of Hatboro. Todd’s selflessness and passion for all things Hatboro are truly unmatched and we grateful to have him lead our community!
After the appointment of Councilman A’Harrah, Borough Council elected a new Vice President, Nicole Reichner! Vice President Reichner was first elected to Borough Council in 2020. As a lifelong resident of Hatboro, Nicole dedicates her time on Borough Council to Downtown Development, park improvements, the operation of the Memorial Pool, to creating a stronger, more vibrant community for our residents.
