Join representatives from the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services for a special Getting Ready for Winter Class for seniors! This class will take place on Wednesday, December 3rd from 10 AM to 11 AM at the Pennypack Community Center, 130 Spring Avenue, Hatboro, PA 19040.

Attendees will learn how to prepare themselves mentally and physically for colder weather including trips on how to keep warm, prevent slips and falls in winter weather, staying active indoors when it’s too cold outside to exercise, and more.
