Attention residents and business owners: The Zoning Hearing Board meeting originally scheduled for Wednesday, December 11, 2024 to discuss the following application has been continued to January 8, 2025:

Pennypack Mill Investments, 18 Horsham Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 in request of variances from Sections 27-511, 27-512, 27-514, and 27-515 of the Borough of Hatboro Code of Ordinances to permit the placement of a shed and chiller equipment within the Floodway and 100 Year Floodplain.

This continuance was granted at the request of the applicant.

The January 8, 2025 hearing will be taking place at the Hatboro Borough Municipal Building, 414 S. York Road, Hatboro, PA 19040. The public is invited to attend.
