The Zoning Hearing Board will be meeting on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 beginning at 7 PM at the Pennypack Facility, Hatboro, PA 19040. The Board will continue its review of the following application: Richard Souslin, 26 Horsham Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 in request of a variance from Code of Ordinance Section 27-512.1 to allow an existing garage located within the one-hundred-year floodplain to be raised above base flood elevation and Section 27-512.2 to allow the placement of fill within the one-hundred-year floodplain. The public is invited to attend. Plans are available at Pennypack (130 Spring Avenue), Monday through Friday during business hours.

The Board received a continuance request for the matter of 14 E. Moreland. As a result, the hearing for that matter will resume on July 12, 2023 at 7:00 PM.

Please note, Borough Hall is closed for Flag Day; however, this meeting will still be taking place as scheduled.
