The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Hatboro will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 7:00 PM. This meeting will be held in the gym of the Pennypack Facility, 130 Spring Avenue, Hatboro, PA 19040. The purpose of this meeting is to hear the following application: Richard Souslin, 26 Horsham Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 in request of a variance from Code of Ordinance Section 27-512.1 to allow an existing garage located within the one-hundred-year floodplain to be raised above base flood elevation and Section 27-512.2 to allow the placement of fill within the one-hundred-year floodplain. The public is invited to attend. Plans are available at Borough Hall, Monday through Friday during business hours.
