The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Hatboro will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at 7:00 P.M at the Hatboro Borough Municipal Building (temporarily located at Pennypack School) 130 Spring Avenue, Hatboro, PA 19040 to hear the following application:

Mohammed Irfan, 555 N. York Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 in request of a variance from Section 27-1302 of the Borough of Hatboro Code of Ordinances to convert the existing gas station use to a convenience store, and a special exception pursuant to Section 27-1302(E) to permit the operation of the convenience store as a same or similar use as the existing gas station.
