The Borough of Hatboro has both on-street and off-street parking options for residents, visitors, and businesses throughout the Borough.

On-Street Metered Parking

The Borough of Hatboro has many On-Street Metered Parking Zones located throughout the Borough designed to benefit both residents and visitors alike. All Metered Parking Zones within the Borough of Hatboro are in effect Monday through Saturday. No Metered Parking Zones in the Borough are in effect on Sunday.
Metered Parking Zones are in effect from 9 AM – 9 PM at a rate of $0.25 per hour at the following locations:

  • Byberry Avenue – South side from York Road from York Rd. to 500 feet East of York Road
  • East Monument Avenue – North side from York Road to a point 87 feet East & South side from York Road to a point 155 feet East
  • East Moreland Avenue – South side from York Road to a point 170 feet West of North Penn Street
  • Summit Avenue – South side from York Road to Windsor Avenue
  • Williams Lane – South side from York Road to Orchard Street
  • York Road – Fulmor Avenue to Summit Avenue

A Metered Parking Zone is also in effect from 6 AM – 6 PM at a rate of $1.00 per 12 hours at the following location:

  • Jacksonville Road – West side from East Moreland Avenue to a point 175 feet from East Moreland

Municipal Parking Lots

In addition to the many On-Street Metered Parking Zones, the Borough of Hatboro offers parking at its Municipal Owned Parking Lots via parking kiosks.

All Municipal Lots are open 24 hours, seven days a week at a rate of $1.00 per day and are as follows:

The Borough of Hatboro also offers parking permits for reserved parking spots in all Municipal Lots. Parking Permits enable permit holders to park in special reserved “Parking by Permit Only” spaces within the lots. Parking Permits are available for purchase at Borough Hall. SEPTA Train Station Lot

Commuters utilizing the Hatboro Train Station can park at the SEPTA Train Station Lot. The lot is located at 40 South Penn Street, at the corner of South Penn and Byberry Avenue. If the lot is full or commuters do not wish to utilize the SEPTA lot, the Borough of Hatboro Commuter Lot also allows easy and convenient access to the Train Station.
