At the April 27, 2026 Council meeting, Borough Council accepted Councilman Don Hoover’s resignation effective April 27, 2026. As such, Borough Council for the Borough of Hatboro is accepting letters of interest for filling the vacancy on Borough Council.

Eligible applicants must be a resident of the Borough for at least one (1) year continuously prior to the appointment and must be a registered voter in the Borough.

Any interested and qualified person shall submit a letter of interest and/or resume via email to the attention of Borough Manager/Secretary Diane C. Hegele at dhegele@myhatboro.org or by mail to 414 South York Road, Hatboro PA 19040, to the attention of Diane C. Hegele, Borough Manager/Secretary.
