The Borough of Hatboro has been working with other Boroughs in Pennsylvania on the Community Choice Aggregate (CCA for PA) program which aims to provide cleaner, more affordable energy to all residents and small businesses in the Borough. The Borough is encouraging residents and business owners to encourage legislation that will help provide these very important energy savings to residents.
