Borough of Hatboro Chief of Police James Gardner was featured on Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs’ Inside Pennsylvania Boroughs television program. This episode focused on The Changing Face of Policing and was aired on the Pennsylvania Cable Network.

This episode is the third time Hatboro has been featured on Pennsylvania Cable Network: the first being its Exploring PA Boroughs program, and the second showcasing the Borough’s Librarian, Michael Celec.
