On December 31, 2024, the January 1, 2025 bills were taken to the Post Office for mailing. Based on customer feedback and the low number of payments we have received, it is apparent that the bills were not delivered and are lost in transit. The Post Office has been notified and are attempting to locate the bills. We reprinted the bills on Friday, January 17, 2025 and have taken them to the Post Office. You should be receiving your January bill in the next few days. You may also receive the original bill at some point. The bills are due on January 31, 2025 however, we will not be placing any penalty fees on these bills due to the delivery issue, as long as your payment is received in our office by February 20, 2025.
