PRESENT – Vice Chair Kline, Member Smith, Member Hibbs, Manager Hegele, and Secretary Bollendorf were present.  

CALL TO ORDER – Vice Chair Kline called the June 13, 2023, Planning Commission Meeting to order at 7:05 P.M. 

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – Vice Chair Kline led the Pledge of Allegiance. 

VOTING ITEMS 

APPROVAL OF MAY 9, 2023, MEETING MINUTES – Member Smith made a motion to approve the May 9, 2023, Meeting Minutes. Motion was seconded by Member Hibbs, all ayes. Motion carried 3-0.  

NEW BUSINESS 

HISTORIC NOMINATION – 445 S. YORK ROAD- CRESSBROOK PROPERTY – Member Smith sits on the Friends of Cressbrook Board and stated if is not the oldest it is one of the oldest and represents the history of Hatboro. He stated the Friends of Cressbrook and Borough Staff are currently trying to get grants to restore the house and make it part of the parks in Hatboro.  

VOTING ITEM 

Member Hibbs made a motion for Borough Council to approve the historic nomination of the Cressbrook property located at 445 S. York Road. Motion was seconded by Member Smith, all ayes. Motion carried 3-0. 

ADJOURNMENT – Member Smith made a motion to adjourn the June 13, 2023, Planning Commission Meeting. Motion was seconded by member Hibbs, all ayes. Motion carried 3-0. Vice Chair Kline adjourned the June 13, 2023, Planning Commission Meeting at 7:17 P.M.
