ATTENTION RESIDENTS: The Zoning Hearing Board meeting originally scheduled for June 13, 2024 (to discuss the 330 S. Warminster Road Tractor Trailer matter) has been CANCELLED. The applicant for this matter, Velocity Venture Partners, formally withdrew their application and will no longer be seeking an appeal to the notice of violation issued by the Borough nor the various variances requested. In accordance with the withdrawal of this application, the property owner has agreed to comply with the Borough’s violation notice and will remove all tractor trailers from the property within the next 45 days. We ask that residents and business owners remain patient as the Borough works with the property owner to get the property into compliance and the trucks removed from the premises.

Signs will be hung on the doors of Borough Hall regarding this cancellation for those who do not use social media or who do not visit the Borough website.
