PRESENT – Chairman McMenamin, Vice Chair Kline, Member Smith, Member Hibbs, Manager Hegele, Engineer Colubriale, Borough Planner Kennedy, and County Planner Miklos were present.
CALL TO ORDER – Chairman McMenamin called the May 14, 2024, Planning Commission Meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – Chaiman McMenamin led the Pledge of Allegiance.
APPROVAL OF APRIL 9, 2024, MEETING MINUTES – Member Smith made a motion to approve the April 9, 2024, meeting minutes. Motion was seconded by Vice Chair Kline, all ayes. Moton carried 4-0.
NEW BUSINESS
SALDO APPLICATION FOR 104 W. LEHMAN AVENUE – Nick Rose, applicant’s Engineer, explained the subdivision for the house which is located to the right and there is plenty of room to add on the lot to the left of existing dwelling. He also stated that the applicant will comply with the professional’s review letters regarding their comments. Engineer Goff, RVE letter dated 4/24/24, Borough Planner Kennedy letter dated 4/17/24, and County Planner Miklos letter dated 5/14/2024.
VOTING
LAND DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL – Member Smith made a motion to approve the Preliminary/Final Land Development plans for 104 W. Lehman Avenue contingent on the applicant’s compliance with the comments on the review letters from Engineer Goff dated 4/24/24, Borough Planner Kennedy dated 4/17/24, and County Planner Miklos dated 5/14/24. Motion was seconded by Member Hibbs, all ayes. Motion carried 4-0.
ADJOURNMENT – Member Smith made a motion to adjourn the May 14, 2024, Planning Commission Meeting. Motion was seconded by Vice Chair Kline, all ayes. Motion carried 4-0. Chairman McMenamin adjourned the May 9, 2024, Planning Commission meeting at 7:10 P.M.
