1. Call to order at 7:10 – Mike Williamson, Rita Hartman, Katie Kollar, J, Kelly A’Harrah in attendance

2. Minutes not able to be approved due to lack of people.

3. Discussion of changing date of meeting- Due to exsisting scheduleing issues, with many members, it was suggested that we move the meetings to Wednesday, and earlier around 6 pm. Jenn will need to check with the boro of availability.

4. Review of work, for the present, time all groups will check their sections, to use with the goal activitity sheet to get credit for this year, for next meeting.

5. Discussion- Does Bird Town have monies from the boro’s budget. If there is no money, is there any fund raising allowed, or sponship allowed to carry on for any future projects, are donations allowed? Need answers.

We would like to organize a Bird Walk, through the cementary, (need permission) and Miller Meadow in the near future.

Earth Day is April 11th, and we will plan to be involved with that.
