Borough Council will be holding its regularly scheduled Committee Meeting on Monday, October 10, 2022 at 7:00 PM.
This meeting will be taking place in the Library of the Pennypack Facility, 130 Spring Avenue, Hatboro, PA 19040. The public is invited to attend.
In addition to the regularly scheduled Committee Meeting, Borough Council will also be holding two public hearings as follows:
- Public Hearing to consider an ordinance amending Chapter 27 Part 12 (RC-2 Retail Commercial District) to add a new use “Town Center Mixed-Use Option” and adding a lot area exception and height exception for the Town Center Mixed Use, and adding a new section 27-1208 “Development Regulations for Town Center Mixed Use”
- Public Hearing to consider an ordinance amending the Borough of Hatboro Zoning Map to rezone two parcels (08-00-06454-00-9 and 08-00-06463-00-9) known as 21-23 N. York Road and 37 N. York Road, Hatboro, PA 19040 from their existing zoning classification of HB Highway Business to the new zoning classification of RC-2 Retail Commercial District.
