On Monday, November 16, 2020 Borough Council and Mayor Nancy Guenst presented State Representative Thomas Murt with a plaque recognizing him for his years of service to the Borough of Hatboro, the 152nd Legislative District, and his country as a whole.

State Representative Murt not only served as State Representative for 14 years but is a Veteran of the US Army Reserve where he focused on humanitarian and civil affair matters in addition to opening countless health clinics/schools in his tour of duty.
The Borough would like to thank Representative Murt for his continued support of his local community and for everything he has accomplished during his tenure as State Representative!

Mayor Guenst Recognition
On Monday, November 16, 2020 President George Bollendorf presented Mayor Nancy Guenst with a plaque recognizing her for her service to the Borough of Hatboro as Mayor and as a Councilwoman. Mayor Guenst was recently elected State Representative and resigned from her position as Mayor on November 16th.

In addition to being Hatboro’s first female Mayor, Nancy is a veteran of the US Army and honorably served her country at Field Station in Berlin as an analyst and a German translator.
Nancy’s dedication to serving her community is truly unmatched and we wish her the best in Harrisburg as she serves in her capacity as State Representative!
