The Warminster Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 7:00 PM at 401 Gibson Avenue, Warminster, Pennsylvania, to hear the following:
VV101 LLC seeks a variance from Section 27-1500 of the Warminster Township Zoning Code to permit the use of truck and tractor trailer storage in the I-O Industrial-Office District when that is not a permitted use for property located at 101 E. County Line Road, Warminster, PA 18974 (Tax Parcel 49-009-032).
The Board will consider any other business that comes before it in due course. All interested parties may attend this hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
