Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 10 AM to 11 AM join us for a Free Yoga Event for children and their families at the Pennypack Community Center (130 Spring Avenue, Hatboro, PA 19040)

Kids ages 5-18 and their families are invited to attend a free yoga class led by Nourishing Storm Yoga Studio of Hatboro. This event is sponsored by the Montgomery County Drug and Alcohol Prevention Program and Montgomery County Family Services. Spaces are limited to 100 people. The event is free but pre-registration is required for headcount purposes.

Yoga is not only a healthy activity for your body but is proven to improve mental health and wellbeing especially in today’s youth. Join us for a morning filled with healthy activity and family bonding that will teach children and their families healthy outlets for stress while also improving your physical health!
