Land Tech Enterprises will be milling and paving the following roadways beginning October 13, 2025:

• Jacksonville Road from Moreland Avenue to Montgomery Avenue
• Crescent Road from York Road to York Road
• Bright Road from Bright Road to Home Road
• South Chester Avenue from Williams Lane to East Moreland Avenue

Work is expected to be completed by end of business on Friday, October 17th.

Temporary No Parking Zones will be placed into effect on the impacted streets beginning the morning on October 13, 2025. Residents are asked to remove their vehicles from the impacted streets prior to 6:30 AM on October 13th. While work is taking place, the contractor will be enacting temporary road closures; however, roads will still be accessible to residents, emergency services, school buses, Public Works personnel, and mail carriers. Please be aware that the contractor will need to block driveways for brief periods of time when milling and paving work is taking place immediately outside of the driveway aprons.

Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes while work is taking place to avoid delays. When driving through the impacted areas, please be respectful of crews working on the project, construction signage, etc.
