In March, the Borough sent a letter regarding the upcoming construction at 24-28 S. York Road (Former CVS property now known as the Milliner Lofts Project). After a slight delay, the developer has recorded the final plans for the property with the County and has received his permits for the foundation. As you may have noticed, the site work has begun and therefore a section of the parking lot immediately behind the property is closed. This closure will ensure the construction site will be safe and secure without damage to vehicles using the parking lot and Residents and Business Owners will continue to have access to the main Moreland and Orchard Parking Lot immediately behind Reid’s Repair and Artifact Brewing.

Please note that these parking restrictions will remain in place throughout the duration of construction. During this time business owners are encouraged to direct their patrons to utilize parking on your property (if applicable), in the main section of the Moreland and Orchard Lot, on-street metered parking, or parking in the other municipal lots (Bank Street located off of Lehman Avenue and the Commuter Lot located off of E. Moreland Avenue).
