Press Release
Borough of Hatboro
Hatboro Borough Council welcomes new member.

At the special meeting of Borough Council on Wednesday, April 8th, Council appointed Mrs. Erin McCuen to take the place of Councilman George Bollendorf who stepped down after serving 8 years due to moving out of the Borough.

Erin is a fourth-generation Hatboro resident; she is married to husband James and mom to their daughter Madison, with their rescue dog Echo completing the family. By day, she works as a Pricing and Contracts Manager for a warehouse/retail mobility company, bringing a strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to her role.

Erin is deeply committed to her community, she has been actively involved with the Planning Commission, contributing to the Borough’s zoning ordinance re-write. She is also the co-founder of HAT Packs, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing weekend meals to children experiencing food insecurity in the Hatboro-Horsham School District.

She serves on the Board of the Greater Hatboro Chamber of Commerce as VP, Non-Profit Liaison, helping connect local organizations and strengthen community partnerships. When she’s not working or volunteering, she enjoys planning local events such as the Hatboro Community Market, Chamber Connections, Moonlight Memories Car Show, Skeleton Skurry, and the Holiday Parade—bringing neighbors together and celebrating the spirit of Hatboro.

Join us in welcoming Erin to this new role; we are very excited to be working with her.
