Beginning February 5, 2024, Aqua will begin a water main relocation project on Horsham Road in Upper Moreland Township from Castello Avenue to Blair Mill Road. Work will take place daily from 9 AM to 3 PM. During this time, Horsham Road will be closed from Castello Avenue to Blair Mill Road. Aqua has posted detour signage and information for motorists around the jobsite and along Horsham Road. This detour will direct vehicles on South York Road to Mill/Easton Roads to avoid the closure. While this work is not taking place in Hatboro Borough, residents should avoid the area if possible to prevent delays when traveling.
