CALL TO ORDER: Councilwoman Reichner called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

NOMINATIONS AND ELECTIONS OF OFFICERS
- NOMINATION AND ELECTION OF COUNCIL PRESIDENT: Councilman Bollendorf nominated Councilwoman Nicole Reichner for the position of Council President. Nomination was seconded by Councilwoman Jacobus. A vote was cast, all ayes. Motion carried 6-0 with an abstention from Councilwoman Reichner.
- NOMINATION AND ELECTION OF VICE PRESIDENT: Councilwoman Shay nominated Councilwoman Amanda Jacobus for the position of Council Vice President. Nomination was seconded by Councilman Hoover. A vote was cast, all ayes. Motion carried 6-0 with an abstention from Councilwoman Jacobus.
- NOMINATION AND ELECTION OF PRESIDENT PRO-TEM: Vice President Jacobus nominated Councilman Myers for the position of Council Pro-Tem. Nomination was seconded by Councilman Hoover. Motion carried 6-0 with an abstention from Councilman Myers.

Borough Manager: Councilwoman Shay motioned to appoint Diane Hegele to the position of Borough Manager. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Jacobus.
Borough Secretary: Councilwoman Shay motioned to appoint Diane Hegele to the position of Borough Secretary. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Jacobus.
Assistant Borough Secretary: Councilman Hoover motioned to appoint Deena DeRenzis to the position of Assistant Borough Secretary. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Shay.
Open Records Officer: Councilwoman Shay motioned to appoint Diane Hegele to the position of Open Records Officer. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Jacobus.
Deputy Open Records Officer: Councilman Hoover motioned to appoint Deena DeRenzis to the position of Deputy Open Records Officer. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Shay.
Zoning Officer: Councilwoman Shay motioned to appoint Diane Hegele to the position of Zoning Officer. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Jacobus.

EIT/LST Tax Collection Agent: Councilwoman Hendrickson motioned to appoint Berkheimer and Associates as the Borough’s EIT/LST Tax Collection Agency. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Shay.
Auditor: Councilwoman Hendrickson motioned to appoint Lopez, Teodosio, & Larkin, LLC to the position of Borough Auditor. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Shay.
Deputy Tax Collector: Councilwoman Hendrickson motioned to appoint Jim Anders to the position of Deputy Tax Collector. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Shay.
Historian: Councilwoman Hendrickson motioned to appoint Bill Tompkins to the position of Historian for the Borough of Hatboro. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Shay.
Tax Collection Committee: Councilwoman Hendrickson motioned to appoint April Mount to the Tax Collection Committee for a term of 1 year. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Shay. Councilwoman Hendrickson motioned to appoint Diane Hegele to the Tax Collection Committee for a term of 1 year. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Shay.
