21-23 & 37 N. York Road Land Development Information

The Planning Commission of the Borough of Hatboro met on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 to begin their review of the Conditional Use and Land Development Applications submitted by JERC Partners LXIX, LLC for a proposed development at 21-23 and 37 N. York Road. This development, as currently proposed, would consist of:

  • 3 Stories
  • 102 Residential Units
  • 4,732 SQFT 1st Floor Retail Space along York Road
  • 3,142 SQFT 1st Floor Amenity Area along York Road

The Developer displayed copies of a rough site plan, renderings, and plans of the proposed building during this meeting. Copies of these documents can be found in the download section below. Please note, these documents are not final, and no recommendation has been made by the Planning Commission for this project.

During the September 12, 2023 Planning Commission Meeting, the Commission and members of the public had numerous questions and concerns for the developer. These concerns are being addressed by the developer and their team prior to returning to the Planning Commission. Please stay tuned for information on when this application is scheduled to go back before the Planning Commission. Copies of the complete application submitted for 21-23 and 37 N. York Road are available for review at Borough Hall (temporarily located at 130 Spring Avenue, Hatboro, PA 19040) during business hours.
