On Monday, March 27, 2023 beginning at 7 PM, Borough Council will hold a public hearing for an application received by JERC Partners LXIX, LLC for a zoning change at the properties located at 21-23 & 37 N. York Road. The applicant is requesting a zoning change from HB-Highway Business District to RC-2 Retail Commercial District.
This hearing will take place prior to the regularly scheduled Council Meeting.
Please note, this hearing is taking place to discuss a proposed Zoning Change at the abovementioned properties and no Land Development Application has been received for these properties. Should the Zoning Change be approved, a Developer would need to make a Conditional Use Application, followed by a Land Development Application prior to developing the property. The Conditional Use and Land Development Processes provide ample opportunity for the public to comment and ask questions about specifics of the proposed development prior to any approvals being granted.
